9th District + Troy Dems Summer Picnic - July 16

You are invited to join us for the 9th Congressional District + Troy Democratic Club picnic on Saturday, July 16. The theme is "Stand Up" and both Gary Peters and Sander Levin are invited along with numerous other officials.

Where: 3775 John R Road, Troy Mi 48083-5610, between Big Beaver and Wattles on the West side of the road. Look for us in the picnic shelter, past the ball fields.

When: Saturday, July 16, 2011

• 9th District Meeting: Noon to 1:00pm
• Picnic: 1:00pm to 4:00pm
• Afterglow: 4:00pm to 7:00pm (see details below)

Cost: $10 per person 11 years – adult; $5 kids under $11; $25 for a family of three or more

Includes: Hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, soft drinks, soft drinks and plenty of activities for young and old alike

Bring: Friends and family, young and old; appetizers, salads, or desserts; and optional: softball gear, Frisbees, lawn chairs

Afterglow: Come join us to congratulate Kevin Hrit on his new job as Political Organizing Director for the Michigan Democratic Party. Way to go, Kevin!

We'll be there from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the Big Beaver Tavern, 645 E. Big Beaver (between Rochester and Livernois) for appetizers and Cash Bar. $7.50 per person.
