Endorsement Convention Saturday

As you know, the Michigan Democratic Party is holding a special endorsement convention this Saturday at Cobo Center in downtown Detroit. I hope you will join us for this important event!

From 10 am to 11 am, our 9th Congressional Distict Democratic Party will hold a meeting. Highlights of the meeting will include Congressman Gary Peters giving an update on federal and local issues, his campaign manager Dan Farough discussing the campaign's strategy and action plan, and periodic visits by candidates for Secretary of State, Attorney General, and other statewide offices!

The complete agenda is:

1. Welcome - Tim Greimel, Chair of the 9th District Party
2. Washington Update - Congressman Gary Peters
3. Campaign Strategy and Action - Dan Farough, Campaign Manager
4. Opportunity for Local Club Chairs to Speak and Open Discussion

After we break for lunch, it's on to the convention floor where all Michigan Democratic Party members will have an opportunity to vote to endorse their preferred candidates for Secretary of State and Attorney General!
